3:30-5:30 - Mon/Wed/Fri                     8:00-10:00 - Mon-Thu

About Us -

ROM is the first of it's kind in Sligo. Our main goal is to help inspire women and men of all ages to take on the principles of a healthy lifestyle and exercise through our effective, exciting and brilliantly fun fitness services and nutrition strategies.

We believe that any person who walks in our door is able to "Reach Your Potential" whether it be to shape up for the summer, to get fit, for health reasons, sports specific, gain muscle or to just have a damn good time getting fit and healthy within the ROM Community.




Services At ROM - 

  1. Group Fitness Classes - (7 euro pay as you go or 60 euro unlimited monthly classes)

  2. Personal Training - (refer to payments link on site to see discounts available)

  3. Nutritional Planning - (50 euro for tailor made nutrition plan + consultation)

  4. Partner Training Available - (discounts available with trainer upon consultation)

  5. Deep tissue or Sports Massage - (40 euro for 1 hour - discount packs also available)

  6. Biometric Assessment + consultation (40 euro)

  7. Fitness testings + bodyfat analysis + nutritional consultation - (40 euro)


     

Team ROM - Consisits of 8 members with qualifications ranging from -

  1. Personal Training

  2. Group Fitness

  3. Nueromuscular Massage

  4. Orthopedic Training

  5. Kettlebell Level 2 Instructing 

  6. Strongman Training



Classes Include - (refer to timetable link for class times)

  1. Morning Bootcamp - (full body trainging with cardio and core) 

  2. Six Pack Abs - (Many core stations to tone the core muscles combined with cardio intervals to burn belly fat = all levels welcome)

  3. Circuits - (full body cardio + resistance exercises = all levels welcome)

  4. CaveMan - (full body training + strongman orientated exercises = intermediate/ advanced)

  5. Boxercise - (great class to get a good calorie burn and have fun while your doing it = beginners and above)

  6. Tabata Fat Burn - (intense bodyweight class priming your body to torch fat = all levels welcome)

  7. KettleRex - (great full body workout, utilizing kettlebells, core work, cardio and suspension training = all levels welcome)

  8. Arms+Abs - (extremly good resistance workout, giving your upper body and core quality working ratio = Intermediate)

  9. Fat Burn Bootcamp (cardio + kettlerex) - Insanity cardio + KettleRex = intermediate)

  10. Evening Tabata(intense bodyweight class priming your body to torch fat = all levels welcome)

  11. Bums + Tums - (great workout for adding nice tone to your bum, hips, legs and core = all levels welcome)
