We have a fantastic choice of group fitness classes. Catering for all ages and fitness levels. Over 20 classes a week! Starting from as early as 6.30am up to 7pm. Classes such as Spinning with top class bikes, Bums and Tums which is our most popular class, Arms + Abs, Metafit and many more.

Personal Training.

With our Personal Training you really do get the attention you deserve.  One to one training ensuring your motivation levels are high and you are held accountable for your training and nutrition. Your trainer will tailor make your training program around your abilities and goals. Also there will be a strong focus on correct exercise technique and tempo.

Nutritional Therapy.

If you want a tailor made plan by a professional nutritionist. Look no further than Aoife Clancy our nutritionist. She makes brilliant plans with great attention given to detail and a vast array of knowledge when it comes to make healthy and tasty meals to incorporate in to your daily eating routine.
